Integrated protection from electromagnetic fields
Sto-Shield Mesh AES
An integrated reinforcing mesh system that protects a building's occupants against potentially harmful sources of electromagnetic radiation, such as phone towers and high voltage power lines. The mesh can be used in place of Sto-Glass Fibre Mesh in any mesh-reinforced Sto facade system.
The system acts as a Faraday Cage, diverting up to 99% of high frequency electromagnetic radiation (e.g. mobile radio stations) and significantly dampening lower frequencies (e.g. high voltage power lines).
